DELIVERY AND PICKUP

We primarily ship all products, except for Christmas cookies. We like Zásilkovna, but we are happy to accommodate your choice.

 

WHEN TO ORDER THE GOODS?

the sooner the better

Request cookies up to 30 pieces at least a month in advance.

Request cookies over 30 pieces at least one to two months in advance, including Christmas cookies.

Please allow one week for delivery of goods.

 

NOTICE

• All products are made from naturally gluten-free ingredients (rice, buckwheat, corn). Please consider this information before purchasing our products.

• RETURN / NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS: The buyer-consumer acknowledges that he does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract according to this paragraph if the subject of the purchase is still unsaleable goods, i.e. goods:

  • with a short shelf life or which are subject to rapid deterioration, as well as goods which, due to their nature, have been irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery and/or

  • in sealed packaging which, for health or hygiene reasons, is not suitable for return after the consumer has broken it and/or

  • which was manufactured according to the consumer's requirements or adapted to his needs (e.g. as part of the personalization of goods according to the requirements of the buyer-consumer, which subsequently makes it unsaleable

• ORDER CANCELLATION - BUYER

  • Beyond its legal obligations, the seller allows the buyer to withdraw from the contract for the individual purchase of sweet snacks (i.e. cancel the purchase) without giving reasons no later than 10 days including before the agreed delivery date under the conditions specified in this article of the GTC.
